Reserve Consultants, Ltd. has provided Reserve Studies and other inspection services since its founding in 1992. Our past clients vary from condominiums to assisted living facilities and churches, to housing cooperatives and townhouse associations, to schools and public parks, to fraternities and sororities, and even to the Space Needle.

Our familiarity with a wide range of building and association sizes allows us to bid without requiring a site visit most of the time. What we do need is a pre-bid information form about the association to gather background information. The answers allow us to estimate how much time the Reserve Study or other inspection will take.
