Mahria joined Reserve Consultants in 2016 and holds a Bachelor's degree from Springfield College, MA. In 2019, she became a partner at the firm and earned her Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from the Community Associations Institute. Over the past nine years Mahria has completed and overseen numerous reserve studies each year, covering a wide range of property types and sizes. Her experience includes everything from small communities to large-scale developments, each requiring tailored analysis and strategic planning. In this role, she has developed a strong track record of delivering clear, actionable recommendations about the long-term financial health of their community.

About RCL
Reserve Consultants (RCL) started as a limited partnership in 1992 with Ken Harer and Bob Steimer. Initially, their focus was providing reserve studies to condominium associations. To better serve the needs of their clients they expanded the business to include oversight, specifications, inspections and consulting services. They had a vision for a one-stop expert service center that creates value and convenience for their clients.
In 2014, Reserve Consultants LLC (RCL) transitioned to a limited liability company. During this change, Ken departed from the firm, and in 2019, Bob retired.
Today, RCL’s team brings together accredited Reserve Specialists and experienced project managers—all dedicated to providing accurate, practical, and cost-effective reserve planning solutions.
RCL has been proudly serving Washington State for over 30 years. Our clients appreciate for the consistency, integrity, and creativity we bring to the reserve study process.
